OBSERVATORY DATA PROJECT

The Ledger: A Public Book of Published Rates

Published October 2026

A structured public record of published figures across seven domains: solvents in military water (Camp Lejeune TCE levels and documented health outcomes), United States cancer deaths and new cases, autism identification rates from 2000 to 2022, arithmetic projections of that trend, adult outcomes from pooled cohort studies, life expectancy from 1550 to present, and the historical record of carrier and prenatal screening. Every entry is a year, a count, a figure, and a source.
